About the role

PLEASE NOTE: Staff must either achieve or currently hold a Level 3 Social Care qualification  or above / or be committed to complete same within 2 years of  start date.

Woodlands can accommodate young people up to eighteen years of age; the legal requirement set out by the DFE requires that all staff need to be at least four years older than the oldest accommodated young person; therefore the minimum age for application for this position needs to be twenty-two years.
