About the role

Full Address: YMCA Family Centre, The Old Fire Station, Horley

Exact working hours: 

Hours of work 30 hours per week, Monday – Thursday 9am to 5pm

Salary : £24,710 FTE based on 35 hours per week (£21,179 pro rata for 30 hours per week)

Annual Leave:  4 weeks pro rata per annum plus bank holidays. The holiday year runs from 1 April – 31 March. An incremental increase applies with service and commences after 2 years completed service increasing to a maximum entitlement of 5 weeks after 6 years’ service. This will be discussed at interview.

Benefits – The post holder will be entitled to free use of the YMCA Fitness Centre, and half price childcare for dependents. There is free parking available at all sites and the YMCA operates a Bike to Work Scheme.
