Town Centre Street Sweeper

The role 

A flexible person is required to perform a range of cleansing duties to help keep Gravesend Town Centre rubbish and litter free. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate a commitment to quality and ensure the Town Centre is maintained to a high standard.

You will be working 40 hours a week over four days on a rota which will include working weekends and bank holidays.

You will be manually cleaning the streets within the town centre.   Applicants do not require a driving licence for this role.

Applicants must be able to work independently or as part of a team, have an ability to prioritise tasks and good communication skills. 

You must be prepared to work outside in all weather conditions.
