Property Data Coordinator

West Berkshire Council is seeking an experienced administrator with IT database skills or an IT specialist to look after our Property Services team database and document management system.  

Reporting to the Strategic Assets Team Leader, you will be required to work on your own initiative and collect information from different teams, collate and input the property related data onto our estate management database. It is desirable, although not essential that you are familiar with property terminology.

You will also be a flexible and good team member who can provide accurate and timely property data reports to colleagues in Property and Finance. The post holder will work closely with a number of departments and will enjoy working in collaboration with people at all levels.

West Berkshire Council owns a variety of operational and commercial property holdings and the work load will be varied and interesting.

This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
