Out of Court Disposal (OOCD) Case Officer

As part of our Prevention and Early Intervention team, you’ll support and engage young people on triage programmes and Out of Court Disposals. The aim is to prevent exclusion from school and stop young people from becoming ‘NEET’ – Not in Education, Employment or Training – so they’re less likely to get involved in crime and anti-social behaviour.

To join us, you must be highly motivated and committed to delivering a high quality, multi-disciplinary service. The goal! To prevent offending and repair harm. Please be aware that this role involves working occasional weekends and unsocial hours, as and when required.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for this post
