Enfield Council is embarking on a new and exciting phase of the Digital, Data and Technology delivery to staff and residents by recently appointing a Director. As a result, we are now looking to recruit key staff with new skills to assist in the delivery of our new ICT strategy and its delivery and looking for a Business Support Manager to work alongside the Director in delivering the strategy and vison and implement new innovative ways of working to benefit our residents and staff.

The ICT Business Engagement & Support Manager is a full time role within ICT, reporting to the Director, having accountability for all delivery actions outlined by the Director to deliver an improved ICT service and implement the ICT strategic programme and project portfolio. By managing and co-ordinating the Directors ICT Service activity, liaising closely with other Directors, ICT Heads of Service and ICT management teams, while ensuring processes and procedures are consistent across the department.
