Housing Development Accountant - MM1- £37,905- £48,486

With major regeneration schemes just starting, our Housing Revenue Account is in need of greater support. As a Housing Development Accountant, you’ll handle financial modelling and investment appraisal, while monitoring finances rigorously. Part or fully CCAB-qualified, you’ll understand housing development finance and have strong commercial and analytical skills.
