About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role as a member of the Crisis Skylight London Leadership Team, working in a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver the new vision for the service created by staff and members.

As Head of Learning Services you will develop and implement high quality learning opportunities that create positive learning experiences as part of a holistic and integrated service that supports our new vision. Comfortable working with change you will lead your teams to ensure that Skylight members have access to tailored services that build confidence and self-esteem to support them to end their homelessness for good.
Knowledge/Skills and Experience:

About you
To be successful in this role you will have worked at a senior level in a relevant sector e.g. homelessness, adult social care, mental health and able to demonstrate excellent project management, financial, communication and influencing skills.

You will have demonstrable networking and partnership building skills, with a track record of developing referrals and pathways to improve access to learning services for clients.

You will have the ability to deliver a psychologically informed, inclusive and safe service, using your excellent leadership and people skills to empower and support staff to help homeless and marginalised people to overcome the barriers they face.
