As part of the ongoing transformation of our services, we have a new role within our Corporate Services team presenting an exciting and rare opportunity to join a specialist organisation championing women’s housing issues.
Reporting to the Head of HR & Corporate Services you will support in providing a comprehensive HR service. You will work collaboratively with all staff and your customer service experience will demonstrate interpersonal skills engaging positively with a range of people. This skills will enable you to build good relationships and maintain professionalism and trust in all aspects of your work. Your organisational skills will equip you to coordinate activities within a clear framework often to tight deadlines. Your verbal and written communication skills will be of a high quality enabling you to respond professionally to general enquiries in all formats and accurately record confidential meetings. An ability to scrutinise data, accurately disseminate information and produce clear and meaningful reports will ensure that our quality standards are met and our services to deliver to target.
This role encompasses all aspects of HR administration presenting huge variety in your day to day work. You will work closely with other team administrators offering exposure to many aspects of our operational activity.
We will provide a comprehensive induction with further opportunities for learning to support you in your development and drive your own work.
