We are looking for a Customer Services Apprentice, with great communication skills and a positive can-do attitude, to join our team.
Our Customer Services team is the first point of contact for residents and also provides administration support to other council teams.
In addition to studying towards a nationally recognised qualification in Customer Services (NVQ Level 2), the position will also provide valuable work experience and the opportunity to learn and use a variety of software and IT systems.
The role will involve daily contact with residents and internal/external customers (face to face on reception, by e-mail and telephone) providing advice and guidance on a variety of service area enquiries. As well as indexing incoming documents from customers and providing administration support to other council teams.
