About this role
This key role will see our Finance Business Partner work closely with our Fundraising team and focus on ensuring our financial plans are clearly aligned to operational and strategic plans and understood by Business Units. You will provide vital financial insight and analysis and ensure a channel of effective, two-way communication with the finance department. You will also be expected to make sure that business decisions are driven by expert knowledge and financial acumen and that the finance team collaborates and communicates effectively to deliver our mission and vision.
A CCAB qualified accountant or finalist, you’re someone who can see the big picture and are able to work effectively with non-finance stakeholders, assessing financial risk and producing insightful financial analysis. You will have outstanding communication skills and be able to vary your communication style to suit audiences. Excellent attention to detail, a high level of numeracy, and time management including an ability to work to deadlines and reprioritise tasks when required, are all also vital. Experience of working in the charity sector or producing financial reports would be advantageous but not essential.
