Senior Support Officer - Team: Customer Journey Team
Salary: £20,903 pa progressing to £25,481 pa
Hours: 37 per week
We are actively recruiting for a Senior Support Officer within the Customer Interaction Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging but rewarding role dealing with highway complaints and enquiries. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our busy team as a Senior Support Officer.
You will possess excellent attention to detail, be a good team leader with the ability to work in different teams to deliver projects. Excellent communication, IT, and customer service skills are essential. You will have an enquiring mind and be able to work well as part of the Customer Interaction Team.
