Salary: £33,123 - £36,138 per annum pro rata
Hours: 37 hours per week
Base Location: The base location will be either/both Priory House (Shefford) and Watling Housing (Dunstable). You may be required to work from home and particularly if COVID-19 restrictions require it.
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract / Secondment for 15 months

You will be joining the team at an exciting time for Central Bedfordshire as we look to deliver our 2050 Vision.
The Customer Pathways Team work with a number of services across the council transforming and transitioning processes to improve efficiency and deliver an improved customer experience for our internal and external customers. Allowing more self service at times to suit our customers.
The team is small but ambitious in its delivery programme and you will be at the forefront of the wider transformation programme being undertaken by Central Bedfordshire Council.
You will engage with the business and lead/facilitate workshops to determine the most appropriate changes to As-Is business processes to determine To-Be (transformed and automated processes) to create value for money, effective and efficient ways of working.
Identify benefits against the cost of existing processes and supporting new process changes.
Design system processes to support new To-Be processes
Support vendors with delivering work packages
Produce and maintain Project documentation including business processes, requirement specifications, work packages and training materials
The post-holder will have a proven track record of business analysis, be passionate about high quality, robust data and the ability to work with colleagues at different levels across different services in the council.
