Digital Solutions Team Leader

We are now recruiting for a Digital Solutions Team Leader to drive the digital transformation agenda by managing resources and leading a team to deliver web based projects and electronic solutions. You will work with teams throughout the Council to understand their digital requirements and to support increased digitalisation.

Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure that projects are delivered successfully, on time, and within budget and ensure that all changes meet the needs of the Council and support teams to meet their objectives. You will also be responsible for configuration and framework management to ensure compliance as well as for the testing and quality management of systems.

You will build and maintain effective relationships, working collaboratively to lead on service redesign, ensuring that the voice of the customer is embedded in any service improvement plans and you will stay up to date on new technologies and alternative delivery methods to maximise efficiency.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading an ICT team and a proven track record in delivering multiple ICT projects. You will take a customer focussed approach to tasks and be able to manage competing priorities whilst supporting your team to do the same. You will be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and your enthusiasm for digital processes and transformation will allow you to inspire this in others.
