We have an exciting host of opportunities for Environment/Infrastructure/Employment Land specialists to lead on key projects in Planning and Housing.
The roles will take the lead in specialist areas as Principal Planning Officers to support the West of England Combined Authority strategic planning activities and the work of the wider team.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of the Spatial Development Strategy’s environmental evidence and policy. You will also be involved with delivering the West of England Joint Green Infrastructure Strategy Action Plan 2020-2023 and matters relating to the Local Industrial Strategy
Each role is full-time (37 hours pw) and offered on a LTC basis until end of August 2022, with the potential for extension if additional funding is secured, based in our Bristol office. Secondments from other organisations will be considered. During the pandemic, the postholder may be asked to work from home and remote working will be considered as an option ongoing.
