Salary: £18,211 per annum - 28 hours per week (FTE £22,764)

CCHA are a small local housing association based in central Croydon providing shared affordable housing ownership and private sales to over 1500 residents. CCHA also delivers a range of exciting opportunities for our local communities and young residents as well as supporting people back in to work. We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Marketing and Administrative Assistant to join our busy Communications and Customer Investment team.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands on marketing experience and to enhance your administrative skills. This role allows you the freedom to make the job your own within a fast-paced team.  You will be required to co-ordinate the development of all publications as well as writing copy and sourcing imagery, you’ll confidently co-ordinate a variety of events, manage a social media content calendar, update the associations website and intranet as well as assisting with all aspects of wider marketing campaigns.

Supported by the Senior Marketing and Sales Officer, you will take full ownership of the role and your workload, completing tasks and projects in line with deadlines and objectives.  A wide variety of both external and internal communication comes through the marketing and customer investment team, so you must be confident in communicating across all staff levels throughout the association.

About you:

You will be highly organised and self-motivated, demonstrating problem solving and resolution skills. You will have great communication skills with strong proof-reading abilities.

You will be confident and methodical in administration and filing systems. You'll have a basic understanding of marketing and will comfortably manage social media accounts.
