Dedicated and hardworking, you’ll provide a high standard of Health and Safety throughout the Home and promote excellent levels of record keeping. You’ll also be very personable, liaising with the residents for their preferences, and ensuring they’re happy and comfortable.
Our interview process is a wonderful opportunity to engage with our residents. Although this will be done virtually you may find one of our residents on the interview panel. We aim to encourage our residents to be involved in the day to day running of their Home (where possible). Selecting future employee is one of the opportunities on offer for our residents.
As a Maintenance Officer you will need a good level of fitness and a flexible approach to work. You'll need to maintain our gardens, be able to undertake minor decorations, prepare for seasonal changes and do general moving and handling on a regular basis.
We will provide you with full training to ensure you can perform your role efficiently and professionally.
