Project Officer

Project Officer (maternity cover) – WECA Creative Scale Up Programme

The role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Innovation and Sector Development Team, becoming a key member of the delivery team for the Creative Scale Up programme, supporting the wider work of the team.

The Project Officer’s main role will provide support for the Creative Scale Up programme based in the Innovation & Sector Development Team, part of the Business & Skills Directorate.  This includes the day-to-day administration and project co-ordination of the Creative Scale Up programme. This £1.3m project, funded by DCMS provides grants and business support for creative industries businesses and aims to develop and grow the creative industries sector in the West of England.

In addition to project experience, the post-holder will have strong communication skills, engaging with multiple and varied stakeholders to build effective working relationships with partners in the region, central government and beyond.
