The successful candidate will join the Business Intelligence & Systems Team and will work across a range of Council services which Include Housing & Leasehold Management, Repairs and Maintenance, Asset Management and Income Collection.
In addition, you will be required to support projects and produce meaningful management information using data extraction tools, together with detailed analysis. The position will require the successful candidate to build strong relations with stakeholders to promote the use of data. The post will also support work related to the performance framework, using business intelligence to monitor service delivery and provide customer insight.
- Ensure data held on systems is accurate and up to date and implement projects to improve data quality.
- Supporting database systems and data management
- Scrutiny and interpretation of data and management information.
- Proactive in identifying the data collection and analysis requirements.
- Maintain working knowledge of Information Systems.
- Data extractions (using tools such as Business Objects, SSRS, Power BI) from systems to assist with the compilation and analysis of performance information and related performance indicators.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes within budget and time
The post holder will be proactive and solution orientated. Have the confidence to communicate with officers at all level in the authority, external partners and other parties to deliver the best outcomes.
