Salary Range: H9 £32,234 - £34,728pa (pro rata for part-time) + £6,000 relocation package, £1000 welcome payment & lease car* terms apply

Hours: Full time (37 hours per week) preferred however, hours negotiable up to 37 hours per week.
7 Day Service, working 10.5 hour rolling shifts.
Monday – Friday 07:30 - 18:30
Saturday – Sunday 08:00- 15:30 or 11:00 – 18:15
Contract: 18-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extending, secondments will be considered
Professions: Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Physiotherapist and Nurse.
Early Intervention Vehicle Service:
Hertfordshire Adult Social Care Services and the East of England Ambulance Services are looking for dynamic, forward thinking Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers and Nurses to launch an innovative new service for older people in West Hertfordshire. This exciting development follows the successful introduction of the innovative Early Intervention Vehicle Service in East and North Hertfordshire. There are 2 H9 posts and the practitioners will be required to work alongside the ambulance crew.
The Early Intervention Vehicle Service provides a 999 response to patients via dedicated ambulances in West Hertfordshire. The Early Intervention Vehicle Practitioners work in collaboration with Senior Paramedics / Emergency Care Practitioners to provide holistic assessments in emergency situations. The Early Intervention Vehicle Service takes positive risks and works creatively and flexibly to enable older people to remain in their own home following an acute episode. Professionals have immediate access to assistive equipment and are expected to work closely with local health and social care services to promote longer term recovery.
This role will suit those interested in working flexibly over a 3 - 4 day rolling week
It is well suited to assertive professionals, looking for a unique challenge, with sound crisis assessment skills and a passion for working with clients to optimise their wellbeing in their own home.
