The West of England Combined Authority has a new opportunity for you to join our team as a Business Support Officer.
The West of England Combined Authority is a future facing and fast paced organisation, with the ambition to support all our businesses and residents to thrive. Our administrative staff are crucial to helping us achieve our goals by supporting staff to deliver the projects, services and activity needed.
Your role will be situated within the central Business Support Team, providing administrative support to teams throughout the organisation. You will help provide all office support including dealing with email and telephone enquiries, meeting visitors, arranging travel, purchasing stationery and IT equipment, minuting meetings and engaging in ad-hoc project work.
You will have high standards, a keen eye for detail and a positive 'can-do' approach to your work. You will be a flexible team player, be able to manage your own workload and to manage competing demands and priorities with resilience.
To really hit the ground running, you will have previous experience of working in an administrative role in a complex organisation and have strong ICT skills.
