Job Title: Advanced Practitioner
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary Range:  M2 £40,876 - £43,857pa + £6,000 relocation package, £1000 welcome payment & lease car* terms apply 
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

Job Duties:

We are recruiting to our Adult Safeguarding Service for an experienced and talented social worker to be an Advanced Practitioner.

Our Advanced Practitioners contribute effectively and professionally to the specialist Adult Safeguarding team, working towards positive and personalised outcomes for the citizens of Hertfordshire. You will develop practice and make sure individuals are supported within their local communities. 

Our Advanced Practitioners provide expert information, advice and guidance in complex situations as well as reflective professional supervision for social workers. They oversee and co-ordinate responses to safeguarding concerns, identify safeguarding plans to mitigate risk in a way that’s proportionate and acceptable to the person, convene strategy discussions or meetings, guide investigations and chair case conferences.

Business travel will be required as part of the role.
