What you will do?
- Offering advice & guidance to customers via the phone and face to face
- Investigate Customer enquiries
- Respond to Social Media posts
- Updating our Website content
What you will need?
- Customer Service experience would be preferred
- Great verbal & written communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Microsoft and Excel office skills
Full training will be given to ensure teamworking to deliver our Customer contact strategy.
