We strive to enable people with Learning Disabilities to live fulfilling and inclusive lives in Bracknell, through a range of services and functions.  We do this by supporting people to access work opportunities, working with therapy dogs to assist people to build independence and confidence to access their communities and help people to manage risks they may encounter with a focus on positive risk taking.  You will receive the support and training you need to thrive whilst supporting our residents.

What we are looking for …

Educated to degree level (or equivalent) and with a management qualification, you will have experience of managing a multi-disciplinary integrated team.  Your approach will be person-centred and you will have a sound understanding of professional, legal and policy issues relevant to Adult Social Care and Health.  As a manager you will have strong leadership skills and the ability to be innovative whilst inspiring those who work for you.
