Improving employee experience and wellbeing has never been as important as it is now, and our ongoing transformation gives us an opportunity to be bold and innovative in our approach. Based within a small and passionate team, this role will lead on evidence-based projects and initiatives which will have a significant impact on employee experience and wellbeing across the Council.
We are looking for individuals who can develop effective relationships with HR&OD colleagues, operational managers and teams across the organisation and collaboratively identify innovative and sustainable solutions to improve employee experience and wellbeing in an agile and changing work environment. Our Pulse Surveys and data underpin our work, and you will be required to manage staff experience surveys and to analyse and present complex information.
You will be able to demonstrate examples of successful and quantifiable improvements in employee experience and wellbeing and an understanding of cultural and organisational change processes.
This opportunity is offered on a 0.6 WTE, one year fixed-term basis.

£24,000 per annum for 21.6 hours per week working in an agile manner.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
