SEN Learning Support Assistant - Alfred Sutton Primary School

Salary: £14,184 - £15,973 p.a.

2 x Fixed term positions until 31 August 2021 available.

32.5 hours a week term time only.

We wish to appoint 2 Learning Support Assistants to work in our friendly, supportive, multi cultural school. 

This position primarily involves working as a 1:1 support assistant for a pupil with SEND needs, helping them to access the classroom environment and curriculum, under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCo.

 

Ideal candidates will:

  • Have previous experience and enjoy working with children
  • Be patient, enthusiastic and understanding
  • Have some SEND knowledge and experience
  • Have good written and oral skills in both English and Maths (at least grade C GCSE)
