Customer Contact Apprentice

About the Role

We are offering an opportunity to study for an apprenticeship in a fast developing, digitally focused, ambitious, and commercial organisation.  Our agile and flexible working options coupled with our top class technology will be fundamental in supporting you to be at your most creative, and productive. You will initially be working from home providing support to our residents on the phone, on social media, on our website and by email in response to general enquiries.


About the Person
• We are looking for individuals who can work under pressure, answering a high volume of enquiries
• Who are consistently positive whilst encouraging customers to self-serve on the Council’s new website.
• Good communication skills and some customer service experience would be preferred.
• As well as having excellent IT skills, you will be social media savvy and comfortable with responding in this forum.
