Business Services is the first point of contact for internal customers across the Council, enabling customers to access the right service (including self-service) at the right time to the right standards. With newly implemented processes, we provide case management services across the entire scope of the Business Services, managing and resolving the vast majority of cases.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a new Case Owner, with a working knowledge of the MS Office suite of packages. The role will be working on a Helpdesk, processing requests for Schools and Council buildings needing repairs and maintenance. You will be liaising with internal customers and external contractors, often within very short deadlines, and processing financial journals. Support and mentoring will be provided, though experience of working with Agresso and TF-Cloud would be an advantage.
An excellent communicator, you should be customer focussed, able to maintain high levels of speed and accuracy whilst managing competing priorities. We are looking for people with highly developed customer service skills who are passionate about efficiency and delivery of Council services.
