To contribute to the delivery of a portfolio of high quality, solution focused legal work in the areas in which the team specialises. Role Purpose

To contribute to the effective operational management of the Legal Services department in order to deliver a high quality and cost effective legal service.

To undertake routine casework and the issuing of matters as required.

Key Responsibilities

You will be oneof a small team of Legal Assistants supporting our passionate SafeguardingTeam, reporting to the Head of Safeguarding. You will deal with someroutine matters and be able to balance this with assisting with fast pacedad-hoc queries and support. Your support work will include preparation ofbundles and drafting applications, consent orders and other documents withincare proceedings. Experience of the processing of fee notes and dealing withchambers will be an advantage.


You will beable to work flexibly and at pace.

LPC qualification or equivalent required.
