The Castle Gate is a short break service for disabled children and young people and we provide overnight stays and day care opportunities for up to 6 young people per day. 

We are looking for flexible dynamic people to join our team as part of a rota, which covers 7 days a week. The working week will cover early mornings, evenings and weekends during school term time and all day during the school holiday.  We also require staff to be available to sleep-in as part of a rota for which an extra payment will be made.

An NVQ 3/QCF Diploma level 3 or equivalent qualification in Child Care is required for this position. A full induction and regular supervision and training will be provided.

This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
