Could you be our Finance Officer - Reconciliations?

The Finance team is key in making our vision a reality. We make sure that the organisation has a robust and accurate financial platform to work from, with good information produced on time. We support our business’ managers so that NHG can continue to do what it does best: provide homes.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly organised Finance Officer to work in our Reconciliations Team for a period of 12 months to cover maternity leave. Using your proven reconciliation expertise, we’ll depend upon you to produce various, high volume bank and general ledger reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner.
As a valuable member of the team, you will use your knowledge and experience to implement and co-ordinate corrective actions as necessary including posting journals and liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders. To do this, you will need to have an eye for detail, excellent prioritisation skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Collaboration is central to success in this role. Working with colleagues across the Finance department, you’ll be trusted to use your knowledge and experience of using an electronic accounting system and your proven Microsoft Excel to ensure workload is completed to the highest standards.
