An exciting opportunity has a risen for an ambitious candidate to strengthen our Development Management Team. We are looking to employ a Senior Level Enforcement Officer on Grade 7 to reflect the complex nature of work the post holder will be expected to undertake.

Working as a Senior Planning Enforcement Officer, you will be responsible for handling planning enforcement cases, dealing with retrospective planning applications, prosecutions and appeals. The successful post holder will also be expected to mentor more junior members of the team.

You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable with handling conflict and negotiating solutions to challenging problems.
