Due the retirement of the office administrator, the Governors of this popular, over-subscribed primary school are seeking to appoint an outstanding School Bursar who will be responsible for effective whole school administrative, financial, human resource and organisational systems, working with considerable independence.  You will be highly computer literate with an understanding of networks and an expert knowledge of Word and Excel, SIMS and FMS. 

The successful candidate:

You will be systems-orientated with a flair for management.  You will bring excellent organisational, inter-personal, communication and administrative skills to the position.  You will take a lead role in budget planning, procurement and contract negotiation, human resource management, premises management and systems development to maintain the effective running of the school. Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar, central role in a school.
