Salary range £21,399 - £29,186 per annum

Spelthorne Borough Council is offering an exciting and challenging opportunity to join our dynamic and friendly Planning Development Management team.

Spelthorne lies in north-west Surrey with borders to the Thames Valley and south west London.  Heathrow Airport is located just north of the Borough and the river Thames to the south.  There is an incredible mix from small villages through to our main town, Staines-upon-Thames.  BP, Shepperton Studios, and D’Nata, are amongst our major employers.  

Much of the borough is covered by Green Belt and floodplain so there is considerable pressure for development.

These planning technical officer posts will provide an exciting opportunity to experience a wide range of planning development management issues working with an exceptionally busy but friendly team.
