The Business Support Administrator in our Family Safeguarding Team is a very busy role working alongside three others to support a front line social work team that carries out statutory social work tasks and court directed work for children and young people in West Berkshire. On a typical day you will be answering telephone calls from families and professionals, inputting accurate information into a database, processing email requests, producing letters as well as organising and minuting meetings that can be complex and sensitive.
The successful applicant will have a strong administration background in a fast paced, customer-facing role and have experience in minuting meetings, producing accurate data and documents as well as some financial experience.
The post is full time and the hours are 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Thursday and Friday 8.30 to 4.30 p.m.
This role has been identified as public facing in accordance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2017; the requirement to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence in English applies.
