About the Position
Pensions Project and Contracts Manager | £45,834 - £48,819pa | Permanent
As the Pensions Project and Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the effective contract management of Pension Administration for the London Borough of Newham pension fund.
Any successful candidate will need to have a detailed LGPS knowledge and a passion to work in collaboration with our third party administrators along with our oneSource partner Havering, to improve the service to our members and employers across both funds. The role will include;
- Working with with the Pensions Contractor to ensure all administration duties are carried out as per the specification requirements set out in the contract and managing value for money and associated issues and risks
- Assess the impact of changes to legislation including Exit Cap and McCloud, to the fund’s employers and its members, taking a lead on response from a fund adminstration perspective, carrying out a project plan to ensure compliance.
- Proactively identify and recommend process improvements that increase efficiencies and enhance member and employer experience.
