Customer Experience & Citizen Portal Administrator

We are looking to recruit someone to help maintain and further develop our Contact Centre customer relationship software systems, including the new citizen access portal we will be launching soon. The portal will give Wyre residents 24/7 online access to council services and their own records without needing to speak to a council officer, and will ultimately change the way we interact with the public. 

As well as being proficient in the use of use of I.T. software systems, used to working under pressure, and having excellent organisational skills, the successful applicant will possess the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with people from all backgrounds and circumstances in language they understand.
