Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Spurcroft Primary School & Nursery

Higher Level Teaching Assistant
(fixed-term contract 5th January 2021 – 31st August 2021)
Hours – 16.5 hours per week
3 days per week, term time only (specific days can be negotiated)
Grade F (£21,748 FTE)

• HLTA Qualification
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Appropriate classroom experience across all year groups
• An approachable manner and excellent communication skills
• An understanding of different pupil needs and how to meet them
• The ability to create engaging and fun learning environments which stimulate curiosity, creativity and independence
