Landlord Services are currently seeking to recruit within the Repairs and Investment Section, who have a key role in the delivery and management of a first-class service to our customers in Charnwood’s housing stock of over 5,700 properties. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our highly skilled team to support all aspects of programme delivery.

Reporting to the Compliance Manager you will play a critical administration role in ensuring property compliance within the Council’s housing stock of 5,700 properties. The successful candidate will be expected to work quickly and accurately in the administration of data collection and inputting of compliance records, placing works orders, liaising with contractors, arranging and attending progress meeting and processing invoices. 

The role requires the candidates to demonstrate substantial experience and knowledge of databases, Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel. Candidates will also have excellent communication and customer service skills.
