We are looking for a full-time Service Desk Analyst to join our Digital Services Team based at the Civic Centre in the heart of Addlestone’s regenerated town centre. Here you will become part of a team committed to driving improvement through innovative ideas using the latest technology and supporting staff to access council software services. As the first point of contact for most customers you will also become an ambassador for the Digital Services Team, demonstrating the passion for innovation that has made Runnymede successful.
You will be working in a fast- paced and demanding environment, so it is important that you are well organised and resilient; can remain calm, focussed, and professional at all times. You must have some ICT skills including Windows 7 and MS Office and previous experience of ICT in a support-type role.
