A great opportunity has arisen to work in the Housing Assessment Team helping to assess the eligibility of households for social housing. You will also be responsible for dealing with and responding to enquiries from householders and our partner agencies.

You should have excellent administrative/IT and customer services skills and work well within a team. The role requires information to be handled confidentially and sensitively and for you to have empathy for the applicant’s circumstances.

A good communicator with a professional and proactive approach is also what it is needed to be successful in this role.
