Streetsweeper Driver
Grade 4, £20,092 up to £23,080 per annum pro rata
37 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract

We are looking for a class 2 HGV driver who is passionate about keeping our streets clean. As a sweeper driver you will need to be able to operate our sweepers safely across the borough’s road network from residential streets to dual carriage ways and rural lanes. 

You will also be required to support the wider team including our refuse collections and street cleansing duties. You must have a class 2 licence, be physically fit and be able to develop a good understanding of health and safety issues when working in the highway.
