Business Analyst Level 2 – Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

Experienced Business Analyst? Enjoy working on a variety of projects?

We are actively seeking a Business Analyst to join one of the UK’s largest housing providers, who over the last year has developed a new digital platform putting us at the forefront of the industry.

We are looking for someone to manage digital projects to enable us to continue to modernise and transform our business to meet customer expectations.  We are looking for experienced Business Analysts that have worked throughout the full end-to-end project lifecycle, ideally within Agile environments

The successful Business Analyst will be the link between the customer, IT development teams and key vendors, interpreting client requirements and translating them into requirements.  You will work as part of a central project team and work with all levels of stakeholders to ensure the solution is understood by all concerned parties and changes effectively scoped, defined and implemented to the required high standards expected by our customers.  The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, be self-starting and independent in the delivery of assigned tasks and small projects.

Our culture of innovation means your ideas on how to improve our service will be welcomed.  This role will be both challenging and rewarding. You will be highly motivated, enjoy thinking strategically and challenging yourself to solve complex problems.  You will also enjoy finding new ways of doing things and are comfortable explaining recommendations.

You will also share your skills with the rest of the BA team and provide business analysis support and guidance to more junior Business Analysts.

To apply for this role, please submit your CV and supporting statement.  Please note a supporting statement is not a cover letter.

You should address each of the skills and experience required on the role profile and provide examples of how you meet these and where you have undertaken these activities on projects previously referring to the instructions on the documents.

Applications for this role close at midday on 4 February 2021.

Shortlisted applicants will be sent a presentation brief prior to the interview which you will be asked to deliver within your interview.  Interviews will take place week commencing 8 February 2021, for further information about the role, please refer to the enclosed role profile.
