We are a highly innovative, committed, outward looking and enthusiastic organisation in all aspects of our work but especially: highest quality education and care, inclusive practice, staff development and parental engagement.  We have previously, successfully supported 6 apprentices to attain qualified teacher status.  All those people have become outstanding practitioners with our support, training and development opportunities.

We are now very interested to hear from graduates preferably with some SEN & Disability experience and a desire to work in this field who are interested in an apprenticeship programme to enable them to attain qualified teacher status at Downs View.

The apprentice will follow the Post Graduate Teacher Apprenticeship standard.
