South East Consortium (SEC) is a not for profit organisation representing social housing providers in London and the South East. SEC run more than 120 competitions each year and currently administer more than 18 different frameworks.
We are looking to fill a brand new position – The Technical Partner will support our growing number of customers with the work they do pre-tender and annual reviews post-tender. And will be reporting in to our Technical Partnerships Manager
You’ll be working closely with your colleagues to create intelligent framework and dynamic purchasing system specifications and cost models that our customers can rely on
You’ll be advising our customers on routes to market and the pricing they can achieve by using our services, and advising your colleagues on customer technical documents to make sure these achieve desirable, safe and cost effective solutions
You’ll be supporting our customers with effective design and delivery of call off contracts, meeting our customers, including attending their annual review meeting to check the delivery of the promised quality.
What you’ll need
• Qualified to MRICS or MCIOB level • Asset management experience • Knowledge of relevant legislation, procurement and forms of contract • Able to analyse complex data • Organised and solution focussed.
You will need to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle and be willing to travel across London and the South East when Covid-19 allows travel to resume.
