Community Hub Responder

Band B £19,312- £ 19,698 per annum (pro rata to length of contract)

We have a great opportunity for a proactive and friendly person to provide a vital role within our new Community Hub. In response to the COVID outbreak we have responded to the needs of our vulnerable residents and created a team of people to provide support including shopping, welfare calls and other requests to those who are having to self-isolate or who are our most vulnerable and socially isolated residents. 

Working from home, you will be provided with the equipment you need to respond in a modern, effective, customer focused and high performing way. You will have a real desire to help and support residents and have the confidence to effectively and safely communicate with customers, being mindful of any potential isolation or safeguarding issues. You will need a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle. This post is subject to a basic DBS check.
