If so, we are currently recruiting an Assistant Principal to lead one of our Learning Pathways.
Parkwood Hall is a residential and day school for pupils aged 8-19 years with moderate to severe learning difficulties and other complex needs including autism and language difficulties. We are passionate about creating a culture of wellbeing where all staff and pupils are valued and supported so that we can all ‘grow, learn and flourish.’

We believe that innovative, quality teaching lies at the heart of everything we do, as a Learning Pathway Lead, you will be involved in enhancing the quality of teaching in general. You will have the leadership skills to motivate, inspire and be an exceptional role-model for members of staff at all levels. We believe that to be that role-model for best practice, all leaders should be exceptional teachers, so the role will be class-based, with enough release time each week to develop whole school initiatives.
