Hoarding Project Support Co-ordinator

Hoarding Project Support Co-ordinator
Grade 5, £23,080 up to £27,041 per annum pro rata
37 hours per week, 12 month fixed term contract

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Hoarding Project Support Co-ordinator in our Private Sector housing Team. The District Councils of Leicestershire have partnered together to pilot a project which will look at how we can help people with hoarding behaviours and also support their families.

We are looking for an inspirational individual to co-develop and co-ordinate a hoarding support pathway and to test and improve the delivery model. The successful candidate will develop a variety of interventions and group programmes for people experiencing hoarding behaviours. They will also organise and collaborate with other professional and voluntary services to help improve the home environment and emotional wellbeing of service users.

We need someone to actively promote the hoarding pathway and to establish strong multi agency links to help develop the service. Although you will be home/office based, you will be working in cluttered environments from time to time.

We are looking for someone educated to Level 4 or equivalent with a qualification or experience of project co-ordination or similar.

We welcome applications from all the community

Benefits include flexible working options, generous pension scheme and annual leave plus bank holidays
