To provide effective and responsive support for the service users in a robust, timely, efficient and professional manner. You will have daily face to face, telephone and written contact with service users. you will be responsible for maintaining the facilities, keeping the Hostels presentable and updating records, distributing post, booking appointments for officers and liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure continuity of service. You may be required to visit various sites across the Borough and to work outside of office hours.
Job advert content: the successful candidate should have experience of maanging diaries, undertaking reception tasks, and upating case various systems and databases. you should be able to give clear guidance on the telephone and in person.
