Assistant Headteachers – Lime Academy Orton

The Lime Trust is looking for Assistant Headteachers to join their team. The Lime Trust consists of 8 schools, 4 Special and 4 Primary in Cambridgeshire and North and East London.

Lime Academy Orton is special school split over two sites in Orton Goldhay and Orton Malborne, Peterborough for children and young pupils with complex and severe needs including learning difficulties, physical impairment, sensory impairment and ASC aged from 2-19. Roles are available at both our Clayton and Malborne Campus’.   

The salary for this post will be paid in accordance with teacher pay and conditions.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join our growing Trust and to help create an exceptional learning experience for pupils within our school. You will be responsible for assisting the Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher in the organisation, management and development of the school, alongside carrying out teaching duties as required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young people across the school as a Designated Safeguarding Lead.
